We strive to be highly accommodating, allowing you to reschedule with your tutor at no additional cost as long as you provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. However, if you fail to provide the required notice or miss your lesson without notifying your tutor, there is a possibility that the full session price may still be charged.

In the event that your tutor is unable to attend a lesson, they will make arrangements to reschedule it at a mutually convenient time for both of you.

To ensure your satisfaction before committing, we provide complimentary trial sessions with each tutor you begin with. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your assigned tutor, we offer a free replacement service. Simply inform us about the issue, and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.

With your dedicated Tutorface account, you will have a convenient platform for secure card payments. Additionally, you'll have access to various features such as viewing your payment history, accessing past and upcoming sessions, reviewing post-session reports, and much more.

The number of tutoring hours needed varies based on the student's individual requirements. If you have opted for our package deal, a minimum of one session per week is required. While some students may find one session per week sufficient, we highly recommend considering 2-3 hours of tutoring each week for accelerated progress. This increased commitment can make a noticeable difference in your learning journey, allowing for deeper understanding and quicker mastery of the subject matter.

We are pleased to offer in-home tuition services within the UK, subject to tutor availability. Please note that an additional travel fee applies, which varies depending on your location. Generally, this fee falls within the range of £4 to £8.
