What if I need to cancel my session?

You will need to give as much notice as possible. If you have given more than 24 hours notice, you will be able to reschedule with your tutor to another day. 

If you give less than 24 hours notice, we may still charge the full session price.

If your tutor turns up to the session and you are not, you may be charged the full session price.

What if my tutor can't make a lesson?

Your tutor will rearrange the lesson to a time that is convenient for you both. If there isn't a mutually convenient time, the lesson will be refunded. 

What if I'm unhappy with my tutor?

In the rare case that you are unhappy with your tutor, we will replace your tutor free of charge. Just let us know what the issue is and we will try our best to solve it for you.

How do I make payment?

You will need to pay via bank transfer. The details will be given to you once you have booked. You can set up a standing order so payments will go out automatically.

You cannot pay by cash directly to the tutor.

How often is tutoring required?

This depends on the individual student and how much help they require. You must have at least one session per week. 2 - 3 sessions per week is recommended for fast progress.

Which areas do you serve?

Our online lessons are open to all. Approximately half our students are UK based however the other half are international!
